A picture of the window and the room it is in.
Two or three shots is plenty: one of the whole window, one showing the room and which way it faces, and a rough width and height if you have them. Message it on WhatsApp with a line about what you are trying to fix — privacy, heat, glare, security — and we take it from there.

Book and fit
Most jobs are done in a single visit.
We agree a time that suits you. On the day we cover furniture, deep-clean and prep the glass, fit the film, and take every offcut away. A few windows take a couple of hours; a full ground floor takes most of a day. You should not be able to tell we were there apart from the windows.
On the day
What we bring, what we don’t touch
Everything needed for the install comes with us — film, tools, cleaning kit and dust sheets. All you need to do is give us access to the windows. We move what we have to, cover what stays, and put it back.

- Offcuts and packaging taken away; glass left clean
Curing
Freshly fitted film can look slightly hazy or show tiny water pockets for a few days while the adhesive cures — this is normal and clears on its own. We tell you what to expect and what not to worry about before we leave.
Our guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship: if the film bubbles, lifts or peels because of how it was fitted, we come back and redo it at our cost. The film’s own manufacturer warranty is set by the supplier and is confirmed with your quote once our film range is finalised.
How it works — your questions
Do you really quote from a photo?
Yes, for most jobs. A clear photo of the window and the room, plus a rough measurement, is usually enough to give a firm price. If a job genuinely needs a look in person, we will say so rather than under-quote.
Is the quote fixed or an estimate?
It is a fixed price for the work described. The only thing that changes it is if what we find on the day differs from the photos — different glass, extra windows — and we would talk that through with you first.
How soon can you fit it?
Most domestic jobs are booked within a few days and finished in a single visit. Larger or commercial jobs are scheduled around your access. You get a time estimate with the quote.
