Window cleaning — your questions
Do you clean windows inside and outside?
Both, or exterior only — whichever you want. Most homes book inside and out on the first clean, then keep the outside on a regular schedule. Frames and sills are wiped down as part of the job, not left grubby.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Every four to eight weeks keeps glass clear and stops hard-water marks building up, which is why most regulars settle on that. One-off cleans are welcome too — before a viewing, an event or just when they need it.
Will the windows streak or dry with marks?
No — a streak-free finish is the whole point. We clean with a method suited to the glass and check every pane before we leave. If you ever spot one we missed, tell us and we come back and sort it.
Can you reach upstairs and apartment windows?
Yes. Where a ladder is not safe or practical we use a reach-and-wash pole system with purified water, so high windows get cleaned from the ground with no ladders against your wall.
